 Kylie Jenner and her bf Tyga were seen visiting a car dealership in LA where they picked up a Range Rover. Kylie later took to Instagram to show off a rack filled with goodies, as she headed to the Children's Hospital Los Angeles to celebrate her upcoming 18th birthday. More photos below...
